Integration of Third-Party Services and Content 

Our website may include content, services, and features from other providers. These include, for example, maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube, and graphics and images from other websites. In order for this data to be accessed and displayed in the user’s browser, the transmission of the IP address is absolutely necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) therefore receive the IP address of the respective user. Although we strive to use only third-party providers who require the IP address solely to deliver content, we have no control over whether the IP address may be stored. In such cases, this process serves, among other things, statistical purposes. If we are aware that the IP address is being stored, we will inform our users accordingly. 


Google Fonts 

We use fonts (“Google Fonts”) provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. According to Google, user data is used solely for the purpose of displaying the fonts in the user’s browser. This integration is based on our legitimate interests in the technically secure, maintenance-free, and efficient use of fonts, their uniform display, and compliance with any licensing restrictions regarding their integration. 


Google Maps 

We integrate maps from the “Google Maps” service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The data processed may include, in particular, users’ IP addresses and location data; however, this data is not collected without their consent (which is typically provided through the settings on their mobile devices). The data may be processed in the United States. 


Cookies Session Cookie 

The application stores a so-called session cookie in the user’s browser for the duration of the user session. This is used to secure forms and the functionality of the website triggered by clicking a link. This protects the user from so-called “Cross-Site Request Forgery” (CSRF) attacks. Apart from the points mentioned above, the session cookie is not used to collect personal data. At no time is data from the cookie combined with connection data, such as IP addresses. In particular, the session cookie is not used to identify users outside the domain www.frese-apartments.com. Data Minimization In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data minimization, we store personal data only for as long as necessary or as required by law (statutory retention period). If the purpose of the collected information no longer applies or the retention period expires, we will block or delete the data.
